Digital signature on a government or GST paper is compulsory because it is a proof that you always pay your GST bills on time which is provided by the government itself.So there is no option without digital signature it is necessary.This law comes under information technology act 2000 all the application GST returns or any other documents should be signed by the owner digitally with the help of electronic medium.
