To get admission in MBBS, One has to appear for a medical entrance exam i.e. NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) which is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). NEET is conducted every year. The upper age limit for taking this test is fixed 25 years for general category students. So if students complete its B.SC in Nursing and then want to pursue MBBS he/she can easily do but he/she must fulfil the eligibility criteria i.e. the eligibility criteria and NEET-the medial entrance exam.
There is no additional benefit provided to the nursing students for any direct admissions to MBBS. As B.SC nursing gives an opportunity to a person who is genuinely interested to serve society. Treating and caring patients is very compassionate. Doing a job as a nurse makes a huge difference in other humans live.
In my opinion, if one wants to be a doctor then direct appearing for NEET will be a correct choice rather than investing 4 years in B.Sc. nursing as in both Candidates should have Physics, Chemistry and Biology as are core subjects in 10+2 and he/she should be medically fit.
