From our childhood we heard one thing everyday, that early to bed and early to rise. We all know this but very few take it on a serious note. A person must take 8 hour sleep, wake up early in the morning, drink water, do exercises and yoga, eat healthy fruits and food, all these will help you to get a healthy and fit lifestyle. Exercise and yoga will help you to get a healthier heart and mind.
