Yes, I know about full body workouts. A full body workout is a training routine that targets most major muscle groups—including the chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, and core—in a single workout session.

From my experience following fitness content and workout programs, full body workouts are one of the most practical options for beginners and people with busy schedules. Instead of training one body part per day, you work multiple muscle groups in the same session, which allows you to train your entire body several times each week.

A typical full body workout might include:

  • Squats or lunges for the legs
  • Push-ups or bench presses for the chest
  • Rows or pull-ups for the back
  • Shoulder presses for the shoulders
  • Planks for the core

One reason many people choose full body workouts is efficiency. If you can only exercise 2–4 times per week, this approach helps ensure that all major muscle groups are trained regularly. It can also be a good option for improving overall strength, fitness, and workout consistency.

However, results still depend on factors such as proper exercise form, progressive overload, recovery, sleep, and nutrition. Simply following a workout plan without paying attention to these areas may limit progress.

Overall, full body workouts are a simple and effective training method that can work well for beginners as well as experienced individuals who want a balanced approach to fitness.
