Yes, I do take health supplements. In fact, my opinion about supplements changed after I got my blood tests done. Before that, I never really paid much attention to them because I thought a normal diet was enough for everything.

Around a year ago, I had a blood test, and that was when I found out that I had significant deficiencies in Vitamin D and Vitamin B12. My Omega-3 levels were also low. Since my sister is a nutritionist, I discussed the reports with her and started taking supplements based on those deficiencies rather than taking random products that I saw online.

To be honest, the reason I support supplements is because I personally saw the difference. I recently got my blood work done again, and my Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 levels are now within the normal range. That gave me confidence that the supplements, along with dietary changes, were actually helping.

I have not started iron supplements yet because I have occasional constipation issues, and I wanted to be careful before adding another supplement to my routine. That is one reason I think people should avoid self-prescribing supplements without understanding their individual needs.

Interestingly, my father and sister also got their blood tests done recently, and they were found to have some nutritional deficiencies as well. As a result, they also started taking supplements that were appropriate for their reports.

The thing is, I do not think supplements should be taken just because someone on the internet recommends them. What works for one person may not be necessary for another. Some people genuinely need supplementation, while others may be able to meet their requirements through diet and lifestyle changes.

That is why my advice would be simple: get your blood tests done first, understand whether you have any deficiencies, and then consult a qualified nutritionist or healthcare professional before starting supplements. This helps ensure that the supplements are actually needed and suitable for your health condition.

So yes, I do take health supplements, but I take them based on medical reports and professional guidance rather than assumptions. In my experience, that is a much better approach than taking supplements blindly.

Yaa, I take to the health supplements proteins, whey proteins it is health and fitness of the body, it is just my suggestion only.
