Fitness is not all about going to the gym! If you can’t find time go to the gym, you can still fit and healthy at the same time. All you need to do is focus on your diet and choose one physical activity like running, swimming, cycling, dancing, etc.
When you want to stay in good shape, you have to look after what you eat. Cut down on junk foods and binge eating is the first step. Plan your meals and have them on time. In the morning you can start your day by drinking warm water. Regularly drinking warm water, especially in the morning, can heal our bodies, boost digestive power and reduce metabolic waste that could have built up in your immune system.
Do some physical activities in the morning, go for a run or play any sport that involves the movement of your body and make it as a habit. Reject refined grains like white rice and white bread in your diet. They are low in nutrition and spike the insulin levels. Switch to whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats etc.
Sugar is your another enemy, avoid eating pastries, cakes, sweets and those foods that have sugar in excess. Add one serving of salad in your planned meals. A vegetable salad comprises of carrots, cucumbers, beetroots, cabbage, etc. works best if you can include it with lunch/dinner.
