Molestation is defined as an act of sexually abusing or harassing someone, it is a persistent manner of intentionally harming someone. A molestation is a forceful act which can happen with anyone at any place and any time. It is a dreadful act which can affect a person mentally and physically too. Molestation is not gendered biased, yes there is a large number of female victims but male victims are not less in number. Molestation is a thing which happens with people in the workplace, schools, public places and even at home too. It is, important to be alert every time.
Molestation can affect the person a person very badly. It leaves a very depraved impression on mental health and body. It is a dangerous phase that one goes through, they are actually frightened every time, they are into trauma which restricts their mental growth. They face many health problems and sometimes goes into depression. Many of the molestation cases happen in childhood which becomes a horrific experience in one’s life.
Molestation is a thing which we all face at some time at some place. We can try to escape it by being alert every time. Our safety is in our hand so we should be vigilant about this. The children should be given proper education about this as sometimes they don’t even know wrong things are happening with them by someone close or unknown. By proper education and preparation, it can be reduced by some extent.
