Veg Manchurian in Gravy is everyone's favorite. Many types of vegetables are used to make Manchurian. Veg Manchurian is a Chinese recipe and today I am going to tell you how to make it easily at home and you can have it with fried rice or noodles.
Cabbage, carrot, capsicum, ginger, garlic (finely chopped), onion (finely chopped), green pepper to taste, green onion finely chopped, beans (finely chopped), oil, cornflour, soy sauce, one spoon, tomato ketchup, vinegar, salt flavor.
Method to cook:
Firstly, wash the cabbage and after cutting it nicely, mix it with other vegetables such as carrots, capsicum, beans. After that, put all the vegetables in the pressure cooker and add a little salt and boil it until it gets a whistle.
Then after that, take out the steam and filter all the vegetables and separate the water. Now add corn flour, salt and black pepper in vegetables and prepare the paste. Then put oil into a pan and put it on the gas for heating. When oil is heated, add deep fry the balls to make Manchurian.
For this paste, we will make small balls and deep fry them in oil util the balls become golden brown. Now we will prepare the gravy for Manchurian, for which we will heat two spoons of oil in a bowl.
Then add finely chopped onion, green chillies, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger and let it run golden brown. After 2 minutes add finely chopped green onions, beans and roast for a while. After that, add soya sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar to it and put it on the other side, add a spoonful of corn flour in a bowl on the other side and make the solution and you will put this solution in paste.
Then after adding a little water, prepare the gravy. When the gravy comes to boil, put the balls of Manchurian in it prepared and stop the gas and your Manchurian is ready to serve.
