The body indicates dehydration through different ways such as feeling of thirst, dark yellow and strong odor urine, tiredness, dry mouth, lips and eyes, headache, fuzzy thoughts,
urinating in small amounts and in less frequencies etc. Drink lots of fluids when you feel these symptoms. If you have been sweating largely or you had vomiting or diarrhea, it is necessary to drink lots of fluids. Dehydration can also be due to diabetes, alcoholism, vigorous exercise, high surrounding temperature and usage of diuretics.
