How many types of Diabetes are there?

Diabetes rings a bell in our mind, even when we are not suffering from it. It is a sort of signal that no sweetness is left in our life anymore. Diabetes means a lot of restriction on our food habits, and a hell lot of sacrifice. The only thing around which a diabetes patient’s life depends is Sugarfree.
All we know about diabetes is that it is related to sugar, its increase and its consequences. What we don’t know is that there are 4 types of Diabetes:
Type 1 Diabetes: This type of diabetes is found in children. In this, our immune system produce insulin in digestive glands which attack our Beta cells and destroy them. It weakens the immunity system of children and they start suffering from diabetes.
Type 2 Diabetes: This type of diabetes is found in adults. Type 2 diabetes is hereditary. Hence if the parents are diabetic, their children are likely to suffer from Type 2 diabetes.
Type 3 Diabetes: This type of diabetes is found in pregnant women. Pregnancy gives rise to hormonal changes due to which the risk of diabetes increases.
Type 4 Diabetes: This happens due to the side effects of medicines. Type 4 diabetes is also known as secondary diabetes.
