Top NEET coaching in Delhi generally costs around ₹1 lakh to ₹2.5 lakh per year for offline classroom programmes. For two-year Class 11–12 integrated courses, the total fee can reach roughly ₹2.5 lakh to ₹5 lakh or more before scholarships, depending on the institute, batch and programme.

There isn't one standard “Delhi NEET coaching fee.” Even within the same institute, different centres, batches and scholarship levels can produce very different final amounts.

One thing I would genuinely tell a NEET aspirant is not to judge coaching by the biggest AIR posters outside the centre. You are going to spend thousands of hours there. Faculty stability, doubt support, tests and whether you can actually understand the teacher matter much more.

Average Fees

For budgeting in Delhi, these are reasonable broad ranges:

NEET coaching programme

Approximate fee

1-year classroom course

₹1–₹2.5 lakh

2-year classroom course

₹2.5–₹5 lakh+

Dropper/repeater course

₹1–₹2 lakh+

Online NEET coaching

₹5,000–₹50,000+

Test series only

₹2,000–₹15,000+

These are indicative ranges, not official standardized fees. Scholarships can substantially reduce what a student actually pays.

Top Institutes

Delhi students commonly compare institutes such as Aakash Institute, ALLEN and Physics Wallah, along with other local coaching centres.

For an idea of how detailed the pricing can get, Aakash's 2026 two-year NEET classroom programme lists separate registration, admission/digital-access, tuition, technology and examination components. Its one-year Class XII-cum-NEET programme similarly separates these charges.

That is why I wouldn't quote one institute as simply “₹X lakh” without checking the exact batch.

Cost Factors

Your NEET coaching fee depends on the course duration, institute, Delhi centre, classroom versus online mode, batch type, study material, test series and scholarship.

Scholarship exams can make a particularly large difference. Two students sitting in the same coaching centre may not necessarily have paid the same amount.

Also check whether GST, books, digital access and tests are already included before comparing institutes.

Realistic Budget

If you're moving to Delhi specifically for NEET preparation, coaching isn't your complete expense.

Suppose your coaching costs ₹1.5 lakh for a year. You may additionally need ₹10,000–₹20,000+ per month for PG/hostel accommodation, food, transportation and personal expenses depending on where and how you live.

A ₹1.5 lakh coaching decision can therefore easily become a ₹3–₹4 lakh+ annual preparation budget once living costs are included.

This is the number I'd calculate with parents before enrolling, rather than looking only at tuition fees.

Value Comparison

More expensive does not automatically mean better for you.

Before paying, I would take demo classes and ask current students about faculty changes, batch size, doubt-solving, test frequency and whether tests actually follow NEET's current pattern.

If you already study independently and mainly need lectures and tests, an affordable online programme may be enough. If you struggle with consistency, a structured offline environment might justify spending more.

Basically, don't pay ₹2 lakh just to buy discipline you aren't going to follow.

FAQs

What is the average NEET coaching fee in Delhi?

Around ₹1–₹2.5 lakh per year is a reasonable broad estimate for established offline programmes.

How much does two-year NEET coaching cost?

A two-year classroom programme can broadly cost ₹2.5–₹5 lakh+, depending on institute and scholarship.

Is online NEET coaching cheaper?

Usually, yes. Online courses can cost dramatically less than full-time classroom coaching.

Can scholarships reduce NEET coaching fees?

Yes. Major institutes offer scholarship programmes, and the discount can materially change the final fee.

Should I choose coaching based on NEET results?

Results matter, but don't look at topper advertisements alone. Faculty quality, batch size, testing, doubt support and your own learning style matter too.
