What is Mangal Dosh?
Our horoscope has 12 houses, and six of these houses can have Mangal sitting in any one of them. Of these 12 houses if Mars is sitting in 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 8th, or 12th house, in a person’s horoscope, that person would be called “Manglik”, meaning someone who has “Mangal Dosh” in her/his horoscope.
People belonging to Aries, Leo, Cancer, Scorpio, and Capricorn can never have a Mangal Dosh.
The greatest impact of Mangal Dosh is on a person’s marriage. It is said that a person who is labelled Manglik can wed a manglik person only. That is why there is the tradition of matching horoscopes before marriage.
How to solve Mangal Dosh?
• If Mangal Dosh is affecting your prospects of marriage, the only way out of the appropriate Pooja.
• Worshipping Mangal Dev every Tuesday may limit the Mangal Dosh. Donating Red Lentil and Red cloth is considered auspicious on this day. Enchanting Hanuman Chalisa can also help.
• Consuming stale food too much increases the Mangal Dosh. Have a regular diet.
• Offer Red Vermillion, Red Lentil, and Red Rose to Lord Shiva every Tuesday to dilute the effect of Mangal Dosh.
• Wearing Red Coral also helps.

Mangal Dosh makes a woman manly and man too manly, as Mars or Kuja is an absolute Male, with Energetic and Ferocious character.
