All banks in India provide net banking and phone banking for customer convenience, it is mandatory to register your mobile number with your bank to take benefit of internet banking. To access net banking, phone banking, SMS alerts, and many more benefits, you must have to register a mobile number or update the mobile number with ICICI Bank. Changing contact details registered in ICICI bank is a straightforward process and easy one. A mobile number gets changed in various ways. Here, you can follow the following step by step procedure for this:
Change your Mobile Number Through ATM-
1. Insert your ATM card and select your preferred language.
2. Enter your 4- digit PIN.
3. Now, Select More Options.
4. Select the Register your Mobile Option.
5. Enter your 10-digit new mobile number and also re-enter the same.
6. Verify it with an OTP.
7. Your mobile number gets updated in 2 working days.
8. You will receive an SMS on the updated mobile number that the mobile number has been updated.
Update your Mobile Number Through Branch-
1. Visit your ICICI Branch.
2. Contact the helpdesk officer.
3. Fill out the KYC form for updating mobile numbers.
4. Submit a Letter of Request.
5. The verification process begins now.
6. After the Verification process, your mobile number will be linked to your bank account.
7. After the linking process, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number that the mobile number has been updated.
Change your Mobile Number Through Net Banking-
1. Go to ICICI Internet Banking portal.
2. Input your login details with your username and password.
3. Go to My Profile and then click on Update Mobile Number on the left side.
4. You will get an OTP to your old registered mobile number.
5. After OTP verification click on submit.
6. Your mobile number will be updated.
