Visiting doctor is the first step you should take because the advice which doctor give will help you more than anything. People should take medicine given by doctor which help in dissolve the stones.
But if you don't have big problem than you can try this also.
1. Dehydration is the main cause of stones so drink plenty of water or liquid which help to flow the stone out.
2. Walking regularly.
3. Stop consuming alcohol , coffee , sugar , chocolates etc.

1. Because fatigue is the leading cause of kidney stones, drink lots of fluids or other liquids to aid in the removal of the stone.
2. Go for a walk every day.
