How to get rid of overthinking?

1. Exercise daily ( 0.5 hours a day at least)
2. Pen down your thoughts. Write them down on a piece of paper. This will help you to feel lighter.
3. Share your thoughts with someone close.
4. Don't worry about what's gonna happen next.
5. Take proper diet according to your body type. Avoid junk food. Junk food products chemicals in our body and create discomfort and hence, makes you anxious.
6. Follow your passion, put your heart in your hobbies.
7. Connect with people, play outdoor sports and get out of your comfort zone.
8. Reading good books can help a lot.
