Holi is incomplete without Gujiya. Each and every household starts the festival with Gujiya, no matter if it is bought from outside or made at home.

You will need the following ingredients to prepare Gujiya:
• Ghee: 3 tablespoons
• Fine flour: 1 cup
• Water: As per requirement
• Salt: A pinch
• Dry fruits: 1 cup
• Crushed sugar: 1 cup
• Pistachio: 100 grams
• Crushed coconut: 100 grams
• Oil: Enough for deep frying
To make Gujiya, first of all, take a bowl and mix the fine flour, ghee, and salt in it.
No pour water in the mixture and knead dough and make small balls of the dough.
To prepare the filling of Gujiya, fry dried fruits and add sugar, pistachios, and coconut in it.
Let the fried mixture cool down.
Make small tortillas of the flour balls, and keep them in the case of Gujiya. Put the filling in it and close the case to give Gujiya its shape.
Now open the case and take the Gujiya out.
Repeat the same process for all the tortillas.
Deep fry all the Gujiya.
