Fried rice with mushroom has its own taste which makes it better than ordinary fried rice. If that is not enough, it is damn easy to make it.

Here’s how:
Ingredients:
• Mushroom (boiled and cut): ½ cup
• Capsicum (finely chopped): ½ cup
• Rice: 100 gram
• Baby Corn (cut): ½ cup
• Ajinomoto: ½ teaspoon
• Oil: as per requirement
• Soya sauce: 1 tablespoon
• Salt: according to taste
Method:
• Wash the rice and half boil them with salt. Don’t boil the rice entirely.
• Heat oil in a pan and fry capsicum, baby corn, and mushroom in it.
• When the veggies are cooked well, add rice, Ajinomoto, soya sauce, and salt. Mix well.
• Don’t mix very strongly, else the rice grains will break.
• Serve hot.
