How to make Pizza at home?

you can make pizza at home in a very easiest way by adopting this following method:


  • boneless chicken/pork/ground beef ( of your choice)
  • green bell peppers
  • onion
  • spices including salt, red chilli powder, plack&white pepper
  • tomato sauce
  • mozzarella cheese
  • cheddar cheese

ingredients for the dough:

  • refined flour
  • eggs
  • yeast ( if using instant yeast then it would be the best option)
  • salt to taste
  • curd/yoghurt
  • sugar
  • baking powder


  • first of all, you have to rise your dough for pizza, fro this purpose, take refines flour, add baking powder, eggs, curd salt, sugar and most importantly instant yeast to it 
  • kneed the dough and place it to the warm place for about 2 to 3 hours so that dough rises to its full.
  • when it becomes double to the previous dough that means it has fully raised.
  • meanwhile, the dough is in the process of rising, make stuffing for the pizza.
  • for this purpose, take meat ( chicken/pork or ground beef) and put it to flame and made your favourite stuffing 
  • now plate your pizza and for that take a thin plate and spread the dough over the plate now add cheese, your stuffing, tomato sauce then again cheese.
  • now put it for baking for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • and your home-made delicious pizza is ready to eat with the glass of chilled cola. 



We all like to go to Domino’s or Pizza Hut whenever we are craving for Pizza (or we just order it from these places). The home-made pizza, however, is special and tasty in its own way. Also, while preparing Pizza at home, you can experiment with the tastes as much as you want.

Here’s the basic recipe for your reference.


• Cottage Cheese (Paneer): 100 grams
• Turmeric: 1 tablespoon
• Salt: 1 tablespoon
• Garam Masala: 1 tablespoon
• Red Chili Powder: 1 tablespoon
• Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
• Mustard oil: 2 tablespoons
• Onion (Chopped): 1
• Capsicum (Chopped): ½
• Tomato: 1
• Pizza sauce: 5-6 tablespoons
• Pizza cheese: 150 grams
• Pizza herbs: 1 tablespoon

Ingredients for the Pizza Dough:

• Semolina: 1 cup
• Baking Powder: 1 tablespoon
• Curd: Enough for kneading the dough
• Salt: 1 tablespoon
• Pizza plate for pizza base
• Salt: 500 grams (To keep in the pan while making pizza)


• Dice the cottage cheese and keep in a container. Add turmeric, salt, garam masala, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and mustard oil to it. Mix well.

• Take out the paneer pieces from the container and mix the chopped onion and capsicum in the same container.

• Heat some oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces in it. Keep them separately and fry the onion and capsicum in it. Add tomatoes and stir well. Keep this mixture separately too.

• Take a deep frying pan and pour 500 grams of salt in it. Put the stand of pizza in the middle. Cover it with the lid and let it heat for 10 minutes.

• Take a container and add semolina, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in it. Knead the dough by adding the curd.

• Make a tortilla from the dough and keep it on the pizza plate. Make minute holes in it with the help of a fork.

• Spread the pizza sauce and cheese on the tortilla.

• Now spread the fried veggies and paneer over it.

• Put the plate on the stand which you have placed in the deep frying pan. Cover the pan with the lid.

• Let it cook for 30 minutes and check by uncovering the lid.

• When it is cooked, cut the pizza is triangular pieces.

• Garnish it with the pizza herbs.
