Soft and spongy rasgulla will be everyone's favorite. This is made out of curdling milk. In a pan, boil milk and add few drops of lemon juice to curdle the milk. When the water separates from milk, drain them and make a soft dough by mixing the curdled milk well. Make small balls as they become bigger at the end. In a pan, boil water and add same quantity sugar. Add the rasagulla balls into the sugar syrup and turn off the stove. The mouth watering rasagullas are ready to serve
