Rasmalai are rhe best dessert in the world. Most of the people love to taste it by just looking at it. To make the Yummiest rasmalai, boil milk and add few drops of vinegar or lemon juice. When the water separates from milk, turn off the stove and drain the excess water. Make a soft flat balls from the curdled milk. Boil 500ml water with 500 g sugar and bring it to a boil, add flat balls into the syrup then take it out. In a 500ml milk, add 400g sugar and put few kesar. Add the drained balls into the milk and it's ready to serve.
