Menstrual cramps are annoying and painful, but they are a part of life. During your period, your uterus tightens, pinching or cramping you. As a result, the lining of your uterus will peel away from the building and escape your body. The contraction of your uterus helps menstruation plasma move out of your vaginal opening.

As we all know, menstrual cramps are a part of girls' life. Some doesnt have those pain while some others will be having huge pain during periods. Everything is because of the hormone system in ones' body. There are some ways to reduce period pain. They are :

  • Taking pain killers. But it is not highly recommended. But taking one pain killer would not be a problem.
  • Using heating pads over the belly. This is a very comforting activity during menstrual cramps.
  • Take a warm bath using hot water and have a good sleep.

Also, drink a lot of water to be healthy.
