Is it true that Airlines may be ranked based on feedback?

Yes, it is true that airlines will be ranked according to feedback based on the eminence of services. the rank will be given according to the flyers and their experience of flight, then on the basis of reviews collected each airline will be marked.
India’s aviation minister Mr. Suresh Prabhu launched an upgraded version of ministry portal for consumers called “Airsewa 2.0” which will register your complaints and will help to overcome it as fast as they can. He even quoted that “We can look the at categorisation of airlines. For this, we can take the help of Quality Council of India to determine the parameters for ranking airlines. Accordingly, customer feedback received on AirSewa can be used to rank airlines.” The airlines will then work accordingly to improve their services and make it more customer friendly. So that people get excellent services and enjoy their journeys comfortably.
Arisewa 3.0 will be launched soon which will allow flyers to enroll for Digi-Yatra which ensures you to travel paperless in domestic travel. This all will be started soon after this year most probably from February it will start in Bangalore Hyderabad stepping up to Varanasi, Kolkata, Pune, and Vijayawada. Every flyer will have a unique ID generated by the Digi-Yatra. So that by linking that card you can be verified and enjoy several things.
So it’s a time to go paperless in the democratic country where we have all rights to file our complaints and choose between right and wrong. And now we can even rank the airlines according to their eminent services.
