Packed flavoured milk can provide nutrients like calcium, protein, and vitamins because it is milk-based, but its healthiness depends on the ingredients and sugar content. Many flavoured milk products contain added sugar, artificial flavours, or preservatives, which may not be ideal if consumed excessively every day. Some brands also offer high-protein or low-sugar versions that are comparatively better choices.

For children and people who do not enjoy plain milk, flavoured milk can sometimes be a convenient option in moderation. However, plain milk is generally considered the healthier everyday choice. Honestly, checking the nutrition label and sugar content is usually more important than just assuming all flavoured milk products are healthy.

Nowadays, we see that kids enjoy flavored milk a lot, be it chocolate milk or strawberry flavored milk or others. I have grown up drinking white plain milk and I still enjoy it. I wonder why kids at my home and am sure at everyone’s home make a fuss when they are served a glass of plain milk.

Off lately, I have seen kids being offered flavored packaged milk at school and sports centers too. These packs contain added sugar which is not at all good for the kids. In fact, extra sugar and sweetened flavors actually make the kids hyper and more active that they should be.

Also, the preservatives in packed milk are not good for health in comparison with fresh plain milk. When it comes to the taste factor, flavored chilled milk packs are really delicious. However, I say that when it comes to health factor, they are bad. I say no to flavored packaged milk. I suggest you ask your doctors about their opinion on packaged milk for health. You will be enlightened with the facts from the experts. Even a lot of dietitians and nutritionist say that flavored and packed milk are bad not just for the kids but for the adults too. Take your call, smartly.

Has more muscle-building protein than juices and sodas. The vitamins and minerals help build and repair muscle, making it a great post-exercise beverage and a healthy alternative to sports drinks and the packaged doesn't effect or harm the milk
