In a pan add 2-3 tablespoons of oil/ butter and heat the pan under medium flame. Add 1 big onion chopped saute for 2-3 minutes add green chillies and mix. Add veggies of your choice and saute and cook for 2-3 minutes under medium flame. Add 1/2 tea spoon chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and taste powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add 1.5 cups of water for 2 Maggie packets, cover with lid and once it comes to good boil add Maggie noodles. Break into pieces and stir continuously. Once all the water is absorbed, garnish with fresh coriander and ready to serve.
