Teacher training is essential for those who choose this profession by chance and choice. When we look at teaching as a profession in India, it is gradually losing its nobility, we could very well say that it has almost lost its nobility. The reason being that teachers understand the process of teaching, as an easy way of lecturing rather than a process that involves probing and interaction. Teachers, who were respectfully addressed as 'Guru' in the early civilization of India, had a passion not only to teach the subjects but also to be a pillar to the overall development of their students. As the years went by it has gradually become a classroom where the learners are taught only the subjects in a controlled environment. Instead of producing educated citizens, we are producing literate citizens who are deprived of independent thinking and confidence. So be it a person choosing teaching by chance or choice, training is required to convert it into a passion to be a role model facilitators, guide, councillors for the learners

If you have good knowledge, great speaking skills and have leadership qualities then you just need to practice at home. But, if you get fumble, get nervous or have any issues in handle more than 10 children at a time, then you must definitely go for the teacher training course. It will help you gain confidence as well as will also help you build qualities on how to manage so many children at a time.
