Godrej Properties' Godrej MSR City is a luxury housing development in Devanahalli, a wealthy neighborhood of Bangalore. The initial stage of the project covers 62 acres and features 1,961 apartments. It will take five years to build the units, which will start in April 2025. After March 2030, people will be able to move in. RERA and other groups have given the project the green light.
