Abraham was an archetype of faith. He knew God will fulfill his promise.
Joseph was an archetype and What happened he had to bear unjustified punishment.

An archetype can be defined as a form of an original pattern or model or it can be in a form of symbols which represents the idea of different cultures which commonly represents the pattern of human life. When we pick the study of different roles in the Bible, there are numerous archetypes. For instance, women like Eve is defined as a femme fatale, Rahab is defined as a harlot or can also be said as sacred *****, Ruth is defined as damsel as in distress and at last, Jacob is defined as a men.
