1. Eggs

Eggs are one of the best foods to have a head full of healthy and shiny hair. They have essential nutrients, proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts that is a great aid to balding.

2. Oats

Oats are loaded with fiber and other essential nutrients such as zinc, iron and omega-6 fatty acids. Being deficient in any of these vitamins and minerals is known to result in poor quality of hair.

3. Low Fat Diary Products

Add low fat products like skim milk and yogurt in your daily diet, they are great sources of calcium, an important mineral for hair growth. They also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources.

4. Nuts

Walnuts and almonds are great source of B vitamins (B1, B6 and B9), Vitamin E, they are rich in antioxidants and have plenty of protein and magnesium, all of which strengthen hair cuticles and nourish the scalp.

5. Flax-seeds

Flax-seeds are the powerful source of Omega-3 fatty acids that easily reach the hair shaft and cell membranes of your scalp and nourish the follicles. They also add elasticity to your hair and prevent breakage.

Devour biotin rich nourishments like Liver and meats, egg yolk, Cauliflower, mushrooms, nuts and seeds, Salmon fish, Avocados and Yogurt. Be that as it may, for those with male pattern baldness, you can get biotin supplements over the counter to quicken hair development. I would take 1 pill consistently.
