1. Eat Saunf and Mishri after your lunch(Helps in absorption, eliminating terrible breath post-lunch and parity body ph level.
simply ensure you never indulge it as it would block you, simply have it on the necessary sum.
2.Have some serving of mixed greens before your lunch or with it(Good wellspring of fiber, cell reinforcements, and fundamental nutrient and minerals)

3.have some buttermilk with your lunch(Helps to chill off your body, useful for assimilation)
