Exercise is needed to keep everyone healthy and fit.Generally people are lazy and do not find time to do it.But I feel that everyone should find at least 40-45 minutes from their busy routine for some form physical exercise.Be it brisk walk,yoga ,jogging,cycling,swimming or any other form of physical exertion to keep mind and body agile and healthy.Exercise helps to keep our body flexible and reduce stiffness and pain in the body.It helps to maintain body weight.Brisk walking is the best and most easiest form of exercise which everyone can do.It keeps the blood pressure under control and keeps us away from other illnesses.
