Obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD) is an obsession in which a person starts having unwanted thoughts or may suffer from distress or anxiety.

Its symptoms can be seen when a person starts losing self control on self or having a fear of losing someone.

A person who faces symptoms of Obsessive compulsive disorder that is OCD must consult a doctor as soon as possible because it can damage your mental health.

OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), is a type of mental illness that leads to repeated thoughts, sensations, or activities or the urge to do something again and again. Symptoms of OCD include obsessions such as Repetitive thoughts (e.g., fear of things being dirty and a compulsion to clean), Repetitive images (e.g., recurrent pictures), and Repetitive impulses (e.g., need for symmetry or putting things in a specific order, the impulse to shout out obscenities in a church), compulsions such as Repetitive activities (e.g., hand washing, checking, ordering, need to ask, need to confess) and Repetitive mental acts (e.g., counting, repeating words silently, praying).Article image
