what are the ways of women empowerment?

Women Empowerment a term we hear on a regular term but only a few of us know the ways to achieve it. Women empowerment means strengthening a woman's position in the society in order to make her feel equal with the men in the society. It not only includes giving her powers but also includes sharing the responsibilities with her. There are a lot of things that all of us can do on a regular basis in order to empower women and achieve the goal of equality.

The first and basic step is try never to make your female counterpart as incapable or weak in any way. Whether men or women, one should not stereotype females. Try to make females around you comfortable.

The conventional society biases should be totally done away with. There are no particular tasks that only a guy or a girl should do. The discrimination done by the society on the basis of gender is very unfair and illogical.

We should inculcate this feeling of equality in kids from beginning. Equalism cannot be taught in just one day. It is a characteristic that has to be bred in a person from the very beginning. Try to teach both young boys and girls about the society in the same manner and at the same time.

In organisations women should be given equal importance and should be treated according to their performance. The tasks and duties given to both men and women should be allocated according to their capabilities and not because of there gender.

Like these there are a lot of things that can be done on a regular basis to empower a woman.

Women empowerment is not just a goal all nations have to achieve but a revolution waiting to happen.It’s not something which can be achieved by one ‘beti padhao beti bachao’ scheme or by drafting laws but not working on their execution.But,this is a process which will happen over time with relentless efforts by all stratas of the society.There are many ways to begin with this process.The first step in this direction would be to provide the basic access to education which is also everyone’s fundamental right so that us girls start to dream to become successful independent women.Also,another thing women deserve is safety which is dwindling with time.This is so as someone cannot bloom in an environment where one is uncomfortable.This brings me to my next point,the need for abolishment of societal restrictions posed on women.We all might’ve heard things like,”come back before it’s dark” which are hindering our progress majorly like how a woman is restricted by their families who tell them to not work for late hours or take up jobs with a late time schedule.We cannot grow independently if we are caught in trivial matters like these.Moreover,propogate the need for this and allow yourselves as well as people to have an open mind because when we blame society for everything we forget that we are the society.

Women empowerment can be achieved in many ways—through education, financial independence, skill development, healthcare, and creating safe spaces where women can grow without fear or limitation. It also means giving women equal opportunities in leadership and encouraging communities to support and uplift them.
