1. Headache - strong headache caused due to stress.

2. Diabetes - if you are taking stress and your glucose level is raises to type 2 diabetes.

3. Asthma - stress and anxiety can worsen asthma. If you have stress then you can't breathe properly that is one of the symptom of asthma.

4. Stomach - If you are taking severe stress then you may occur many stomach discomfort like nausea, blotting etc.

Chronic stress can actually have a drastically negative effect on physical health, acting as a strong catalyst for the development of more serious diseases that can threaten overall health. When the body is subjected to repeated periods of stress, it reacts by continuously releasing stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline into the bloodstream. The constant release of hormones is enough to break down the immune system, cause body-wide inflammation to increase, and distort normal body functions needed to sustain a healthy individual. This constant pressure on the body is what gives rise to the development of serious health problems that range from heart disease to high blood pressure, diabetes, digestive disorders, and even some cancers that have devastating effects on individuals. Chronic stressors of repeated nature that have a variety of different causes include a broad range of different factors, from job pressure from high-pressure jobs, financial instability that creates turmoil, relationship problems that create emotional turmoil, traumatic experiences that have lasting effects, and long-term caregiving responsibilities that drain the physical and emotional resources of individuals. These different stressors erode the body's own natural defenses over time until years later, it leaves the body ever more susceptible to disease and other negative health effects as time passes.
