Following are some pro tips to beat your bad mood:

• Listen to music. It soothes your soul.

• Convert your negative thoughts into something positive and constructive like arranging your bookshelf or wardrobe.

• Try meditation. It will give you peace.

• If you are a girl, dressing up or indulging yourself in a good hair-do or nail art can also help.

• Eat something you like a lot. Like chocolate or Pizza.

• Watch a stand-up comedy video.

• Exercise.

• Do something creative like writing a poem, or singing a song, or playing your favorite musical instrument. You can also cook if you like cooking.

• Focus all your attention on your pet.

• Do the work which is pending since long, and you keep procrastinating it.

• Binge-watch your favorite series.

• Read/listen to your favorite poem, or read your favorite novel.
