To keep myself fit I follow a proper diet, a diet that contains many nutrients. We can also do exercises to keep oneself healthy and fit. Drinking water is also one of the important things that we must keep in mind, or you can also do yoga, yoga is one of the best meditations to keep our mind and body healthy. It will increase our thinking capability and give positive vibes.
