Someone who has lot of free time in hand will be indulging in gossips or discussing others personal life. That gives a lot of pleasure to the one who does it and also helps them to forget about their own problems and insecurities for a short while.A friend who gives away the secrets of other friends in a casual conversation, but asks you not to tell anyone is an example of a common kind of gossip .
