What is 42nd amendment act?

Indian constitution is one of the thing which helps country to run in legal procedure so it was taken by india on 26 january 1950 the day was celebrated by republic day.The 42nd amendment act is also known as mini constitution of India the 42nd amendment act was issued on 1976 it also stated that the speaker of the lok sabha and also the prime minister were given unique powers.
