what is biotic?

Biotic resources or factors can be defined as all the living organisms or components which can affect other living organisms which could also reshape the ecosystem. Biotic resources include all humans and animals which consume all other living organisms which are present in their ecosystem. All the biotic resources need a proper amount of energy to maintain a healthy nutrition for better functioning. There are mainly three typee of biotic resources; producers, consumers amd decomposers.
