Day light savings is the process of setting the clocks forward one hour during the summer days and setting back during winter. This method is followed mainly to make the use of available natural light properly in day time. During the summer months the clock is adjusted to forward one hour to use the daylight effectively. Then the clocks are rolled back the changes during the other months once the summer is over. Mostly the areas in the Europe and the North America and some areas in Middle East follow this day light saving time rule. While the countries like Africa and Asia doesn’t come under this category of daylight saving.
