The difference between a tree and a plant is that the tree has a single woody stem and the plant has multiple woody stems. The stem of the plant can be easily bendable. Trees have few leaves at the bottom of their body and trees are also called trunk on the other hand many of the plants are made entirely of leaves. Tree is just a small portion of a plant.
