NTR Housing Scheme In Andhra Pradesh is a low-cost housing scheme, launched by Andhra Pradesh government in 2016. This is to furnish homes to homeless poor people. Affordable houses can be built or existing houses can be rebuilt under this plan. This scheme is a joint project of Centre and Andhra Pradesh government. Registration for this scheme can be done under https://pmaymis.gov.in/ Nearly four lakhs houses were inaugurated and dedicated to the beneficiaries by then chief minister of Andhra Pradesh Chandra Babu Naidu under NTR Housing Scheme.
Following criteria is a must for NTR Housing scheme in Andhra Pradesh:-
1. The applicant must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh 2.
The beneficiary must be a white cardholder or the BPL ration card, holder
3. Those who want to apply should not be land or householder under any other government scheme.
The beneficiary of the NTR rural housing scheme will get a subsidy of Rs. 1.5 lakh. The SC/ST will get an additional 50,000 under this plan. The beneficiary of the PMAY NTR urban scheme will get 2.5 lakh Rs.
The applicant must provide valid documents like address proof, identity proof, income proof, tax details if any, bank details, and certificates regarding caste and religion if he/she wants benefit under SC/ST.
