POCSO Act is a law which is passed by court the main objective of this law is to protect children from sexual assault, sexual harrasment, pornography.The punishment come under in these act is a culprit will be imprisoned minimum 20 years and can be extended for the lifetime.The POCSO ACT is considered as a non baliable means a culprit will never be get bailed by any of the court a person needs to complete his punishment.
