Public relation help to evaluate public's attitude, identify the policies and procedure of an organisation with the interest of public to public understanding and acceptance.
Public does not mean only customers but it also includes shareholders, suppliers, customers and intermediaries. The forms success and achievements depend upon the support of these parties.
