Email is a many-splendored thing. Without it, you might never have reached that job interview, started that romantic relationship, or even gotten your latest order. It's been around for decades and has become a vital part of daily life — at least until recently. Spammers have created email servers that can easily evade the Internet's spam filters after they are copied to another email server. These servers should not be confused with the SMTP server which allows you to send email messages in exchange for a fee over an ordinary internet connection instead of a dedicated one like your ISP (Internet Service Provider).

Emails are sent, routed, and delivered over networks by an SMTP server (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol server).  It connects to the recipient's mail server, receives outgoing messages from your email client, confirms sender information, and uses TCP for dependable, secure delivery.

An SMTP server sends and receives email by transferring messages between servers. It authenticates senders, routes emails to the correct destination, and ensures delivery through secure communication protocols.

SMTP services boost email deliverability by authenticating emails via SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to avoid spam filters, warming up sender reputation, and providing high-reputation IPs for reliable inbox placement.
They ensure low bounce rates (<2%) and track performance metrics like opens and complaints (<0.1%).
