Cryptocurrency is the way of the future, so investing now will give you an edge during this time of rapid growth. As cryptocurrency prices fluctuate constantly, there are a few companies you should look into to get in on the ground floor.

The first company is Coinbase, which was founded in 2012 and provides residents of over 30 different countries with buying and selling cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. Coinbase also offers a variety of services such as a wallet for online-only transactions, a browser for collecting coins from web pages, market data to help with trading decisions, bitcoin storage vaults called the Vault for more security-minded investors, and merchant tools that allow businesses to accept Bitcoin payments from customers. Coinbase recently raised $75m in Series A round of funding led by famed tech investor Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund, with participation from the New York Stock Exchange. Coinbase also plans to support Bitcoin and Ethereum in 2017.
