What is the capital of uttrakhand?

Usually people believe that Dehradun is the only capital of Uttrakhand. But actually Along with Dehradun, Garsain is also the capital of Uttrakhand. In order for better governance, Garsain has recently been declared as the summer capital of the state by Baby Rani Maurya who is the state governor on 8 June 2021. Garsain is located 280 km away from Dehradun and it covers the farther region of the state where administrative penetration is not easy by having a single capital.
