The ISI Mark Certification is a certification of assurance, which shows that an institution has been tested to the requirements of the ISI Mark Standard. The requirements are based on international benchmarks.
The ISI Mark Certification is one of the most rigorous certifications available in higher education today. Institutions must be able to demonstrate they have met all requirements, including governance, assessment and quality assurance, academic freedom and financial viability for at least three consecutive years. To do this, institutions submit themselves to external peer review by an international panel of experts using an established set of criteria against which they are judged according to consistency with international benchmarks.
