CTET Paper 1 covers subjects like Child Development and Pedagogy, EVS, Mathematics and two language sections. Paper 2 has subjects like Child Development, Language 1 and 2, plus Science or Social Studies with Maths. Both the papers mainly focus on conceptual understanding and teaching methods so you can be marked on the basis of your understanding of learning psychology. Understanding the structure of both papers helps candidates with a clear preparation strategy.
