Refurbished phones-They are the phones which are tested and verified to work properly

used phones-They aren’t tested and verified for working properly

Let me explain you with an example:

Suppose you purchased a new smartphone and somehow there is some sort of major software or hardware issue in it. In this case, the manufacturer will replace your phone.

The manufacturer will repair the faulted phone and sell them again in Refurbished Category.

Refurbished phones are tested and verified by the manufacturer.

Talking about used or second-hand phones, these are phones which you buy from other user or from the market.

The primary contrast among "repaired" and "utilized" items is that renovated items have been tried and confirmed to work appropriately, and are consequently liberated from deserts, while "utilized" items could possibly be deficient.
