What’s the real reason behind the divorce of Jeff Bezos and MacKenzie?

As of right now, the reason for the divorce of Jeff Bezos and MacKenzie seems to be, in the sophisticated phrase, a mutual decision.

They have released a joint statement which, unsurprisingly, is a PR measure, revealing nothing except how much they still respect each other.

“We remain a family”—from Brad-Angelina, Channing-Jeanna to Bezos and MacKenzie, these ex-couples are clearly giving a new definition to divorce.

The divorce of Jeff Bezos and MacKenzie comes after 25 years of marriage.

MacKenzie met Bezos in 1992. He interviewed her for a job at a hedge fund in NY. After dating for 3 months, they tied the knot. A year later, Jeff Bezos founded Amazon, an online book retailer then and now a giant e-commerce mammoth—the world’s most valuable listed company, recently overtaking Microsoft.

Jeff Bezos is the world’s richest human, with an estimated wealth of $137 billion. He’s $45 billion ahead of Bill Gates, the once-richest man now sitting at the second spot.

Again, the reason for the divorce of Jeff Bezos and MacKenzie is not publicly known. BUT there are a few “sources” in the US media that are revealing much in the garb of “reportedly” and “close sources tell us…”.

The rumor is that Jeff Bezos has been “seeing” Lauren Sanchez. Lauren is a former Fox TV host and the former host of “So You Think You Can Dance”.

Lauren and her husband William Morris got separated in early 2018. Through the divorce process, Lauren started getting close to Jeff Bezos. MacKenzie knew about the closeness between Bezos and Lauren. However, she opted for divorce only when news of her husband hooking up with Lauren surfaced.

Interestingly, Jeff-MacKenzie and Lauren-William have been friends for 10 years.

So, if you go by the “sources”, MacKenzie and Jeff are divorcing because Jeff is having an affair with another lady.

Honestly, these rumors are best left alone and NOT trusted. News outlets love exploiting such developments for more web traction. Besides, it’s a personal matter between a few people. It’s really no one’s prerogative to interfere. This isn’t the only divorce happening.

And Jeff isn’t the only person who’s cheating on the partner at present. It’s normal! (Unfortunately!!!)
